JOY provides you with an easily followed structure that fits the busiest of lives. With weekly meal plans, workouts and mindful practices, Joy is focussed on helping you find your Joy. As someone who is constantly travelling, I know the importance of time and using it wisely, which is my workouts only take 30 minutes and meals can be prepared with minimal ingredients in less than 30 minutes – sometime less than 5 ;)
